What payment options are available in your webshop?
At Homara we accept multiple secure payment methods to make shopping easy for you.
You can pay with:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • PayPal

Our secure payment systems ensure your details are protected so you can shop with confidence.

My payment was cancelled. What can I do?
Payments may sometimes be cancelled by the payment provider or bank. This is outside our control. If this happens, please try placing your order again or choose a different payment method.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, of course. Simply send us an email at info@homara.co.uk and we will provide your invoice promptly.

Ordering and Delivery

How long is the delivery time?
To reduce our environmental impact, we do not hold stock but fulfil orders on demand. Processing takes 1–5 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 days. The total delivery time is usually 8–15 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders within the UK are delivered free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Can I choose a specific day or time for delivery?
Unfortunately not, as our products are shipped using international carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace link once your order has been dispatched.

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your order is delayed, please check the status on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

I am missing some items from my order. Why?
As we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, the remaining items usually arrive within 2–3 days.

Returns & Refunds

I would like to return an item, what should I do?

Track & Trace

Where can I find my Track & Trace number?
You can use your order number and email address on our Track Your Order page to view the latest delivery status.

The Track & Trace number does not show any information. What does this mean?
Tracking becomes available once the parcel has been processed by the carrier. Please allow some time for the information to update.

I did not receive a Track & Trace email. What should I do?
The email may have landed in your spam folder. If you cannot find it, please contact us at info@homara.co.uk and we will resend it.
